FNV-04             UPPER MICHIGAN RUSSIAN BOAR

Greg Johnson of Bear Mountain Outfitters has offered a 3 day, 2 night hunt for trophy class boars at his lodge near Negaunee for one hunter and one non-hunter which must be taken by December 31, 2008.  These Raging Russians are the real deal and weigh in from 200 to over 300 pounds, have razor sharp cutters and nasty attitudes.  No wimpy pigs here! FNV-6            TEXAS AIRBOAT DUCKS and RETREAT FOR 2

John Barth of Adventures Unlimited has donated a 5 day getaway including 3 days of airboat duck hunting for 2 hunters near Corpus Christi during the Texas season of 2008/2009.  Stay in Johns personal 3 bedroom guest house, 5 minutes from the beach where you can escape the Wisconsin winter and relax for a day before and after the hunt. FNV-11             WISCONSIN PHEASANTS WITH BOB PETERSON

John Kubichek has again donated a 5 day plains mule deer hunt for one hunter on the 21,000 acre ranch he leases in eastern Montana for 2008 or 2009.  There’s an average of only 6 total buck hunters allowed on this ranch annually.  This is an easy hunt on foot, from 4X4s, or on quads, over rolling hills, washes and badlands.  Expect to see over 100 does and about 6 to 12 mature bucks each day.  In 2001 Tim Kumbier from our chapter took a nice 181” buck with this donation.  Other bid winners include Dan Gorecki (158”) and Tony Berndt (162”) in 2007), Harry Mattox (163” in 2005) etc. etc. etc.  Hunters can also take all the coyotes they want, up to 4 pheasants and 12 sharptails if desired.  Hunt donation includes trespass fees, hunting with John or Tom, lodging, breakfast, lunch, trophy preparation and lots of fun.  It does not include license ($343.25) transportation to Wibaux and dinners.  Call John at (414) 416-4839 or email him at jkubichek@kubichek.com for more information.  The value of this hunt is $3,750.
